About the RoleThis position drives the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships that support the company's growth across multiple business verticals and geographies. The role leads partnership opportunities from sourcing and commercial structuring through negotiation, activation, and relationship management, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Strategy, and Country teams.What We're Looking ForDeal Sourcing, Structuring & ClosingIdentify, qualify, and prioritize partnership opportunities across the full vertical scope.Support developing joint value propositions with prospective partners, translating market and customer needs into commercially viable partnership structures.Participate in end-to-end negotiation and closing of framework agreements, multi-operator models, alliances, and MoUs coordinating Legal, Finance, and Country teams throughout.Develop scalable,



repeatable deal templates and commercial models that can be efficiently replicated across geographies once validated.Partner Ecosystem CoordinationAct as point of contact for active partners across all verticals, managing engagement quality, agreement compliance, and ongoing value delivery.Coordinate with Country Sales and Bid Management teams to identify local partnership activation opportunities and support complex multi-country bids.Develop tailored opportunities business modelsDevelop tailored approaches by Vertical & Country including Indirect Channel Sales, co-selling, joint bid participation, etc.Provide market and partner intelligence to inform segment strategy and value proposition development.Collaborate with the Head of Segment Marketing to ensure joint positioning, sales materials, use cases, and partner-facing collateral reflect current partnership status and market needs.Strategic Support & M&A; ScoutingProvide the Head of Partnerships with regular market intelligence, deal pipeline updates, and partner performance data to support strategic decision
