Job Description:Alantra is searching for a VP position for its Investment Banking division (Energy and Infrastructure), the candidate will:
- Participate in the execution of active mandates (buy- and sell-side, Debt and Equity Advisory) with strong exposure to clients, including the following:
- preparation of information memoranda and management presentations, financial analysis, modelling and valuation works, data room management, etc.
- Participate in the following Marketing initiatives: preparation of market, strategic and competitive analyses, as well as industry screening for the identification of potential targets/buyers, financial valuations, etc.
- Have strong client exposure, making their perspective central to the management of the projects
- Present themselves professionally and credibly with clients/colleagues – can be trusted in all interactions
- Be able to identify and anticipate clients’ needs, planning
