Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives.
Enabling Business Growth : Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics, and tailored business development initiatives to enhance our coaches' impact. Ensuring Quality Excellence : Coordinate and manage projects precisely,
participate in key meetings, and deliver exceptional service in line with Lenus's commitment to quality.
Language Skills : Fluency in French and English is required.
Sales and Growth Advocate : 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, and business development.
Digital and Social Media Enthusiast : Experience in social media marketing is a plus but not required; The TeamJoin our dynamic Madrid Key Account Management team, where you'll collaborate with a driven group of professionals including a dedicated Team Lead and five Key Account Managers. Together, we are passionate about helping online coaches grow and scale their businesses. You'll work cross-functionally with our Inbound Sales, Branding, and Paid Marketing teams to create impactful strategies and deliver exceptional results.
