Key Accounts Manager – Accidents & Health (Spain) Join us as a Key Accounts Manager to play an influential role in driving sales growth for our Accidents & Health business in Spain.
Client Relationship Management – nurture relationships with key clients, manage current sponsor activity and pursue new opportunities.
Business Onboarding & Partnerships – take over business won by Partnerships, develop communication plans with clients, manage sponsor relationships and oversee digital and telemarketing campaign execution.
Campaign Management – analyze, track, and execute digital marketing and direct marketing campaigns, and oversee reporting.
Account Development & Sales – identify growth opportunities, develop solid growth plans, meet partners, incorporate insights into sales pitches.
Client Retention – focus on persistency, retain clients, identify opportunities for growth, and support the Telemarketing Revamp Plan.
Operational Excellence – coordinate vendor interactions with fulfillment agencies, digital marketing agencies, developers, call centers, and other partners.




Experience – Account Management in a similar environment with digital, direct marketing, and telemarketing focus.
Languages – Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
Partnership Management – Proven experience developing and maintaining partnership relationships.
Digital Marketing Knowledge – Solid understanding of digital marketing technologies, content management, media and advertising.
Commercial & Analytical Skills – Ability to analyze financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, profit & loss statements, and key performance indicators.
Relationship Management – Strong interpersonal skills and a history of achieving sales targets.
Strategic Thinking – Capability to develop and execute sales and distribution plans, identify upsell opportunities, and drive portfolio growth.
