Senior Product Commercialisation Manager – Reference Lab (Europe & APAC)
This role focuses on driving commercialisation and market growth across Antech’s highest‑potential Reference Lab markets, with responsibility for developing differentiated strategies, supporting customer acquisition,



retention and expanding utilisation in key diagnostic categories where Antech has strong competitive advantage.
The role requires strong strategic capability, commercial acumen, market insight, and the ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Lab Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research using internal data, customer insights, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform commercialisation strategies.
- Analyse testing behaviours, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover market gaps and support business growth.
- Partner with Sales, Medical, and Lab Operations to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimise, and manage a competitive diagnostic test portfolio across markets.
