We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-facing Network Operations Specialist to join our growing Partners Network Business Unit. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our partners network — managing escalations, resolving booking issues, onboarding accounts, and owning projects from start to finish. Support Ticket Escalation Management — Handle escalated support tickets from both client and supplier sides, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication throughout.
Data Management — Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across internal tools including CRM and Jira.
Recurring Operational Tasks — Execute ongoing operational tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the network.




Project Ownership — Lead and manage specific projects within the Network Business Unit, driving them from initiation through to successful completion.
2+ years of experience in an operations or account management role in the travel or tourism industry
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both clients and suppliers in a commercial and professional manner.
~ Hands-on experience working with a project management system
~ English - Native level, both written and verbal with excellent communication skills
