Factorial HR is seeking a founding Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our Finance product, from initial outreach to signature. You will identify companies with finance pain, craft a business case, and drive decisions with CFOs and FP&A; leaders.
This is a unique build-from-scratch role in Europe, with no installed base to start from. You’ll shape the sales narrative, set qualification criteria, and leverage AI tools while negotiating contracts end-to-end.
