We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive who's a commercially-driven, people-focused professional to identify prospective mid-market customers.
Owning the full sales cycle for mid-market businesses (€30m–€200m ARR), from prospecting to long-term account growth
Building and managing a high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic relationship building
Driving complex commercial negotiations and closing high-value opportunities
Leading customer onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from sales to adoption
Partnering closely with Product Sales Specialists to deliver tailored solutions for treasury, acquiring, FX, BaaS, and other strategic offerings
Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Operations,



and Customer Success teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene while consistently exceeding commercial targets
Fluency in English and Dutch
~3+ years of experience as a full‐cycle B2B Account Executive in a SaaS, fintech, or technology company
~ A proven track record of exceeding quotas by closing complex, high‐value deals with medium‐to‐long sales cycles
~ Solid prospecting, pipeline management, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to own the customer lifecycle from acquisition to growth
~ Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders, including C‐suite executives, and collaborating cross‐functionally with other teams
~ A customer‐centric mindset and great commercial acumen
~ Experience using Salesforce
