We're looking for a hands-on, target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Spain. This is a pure sales, individual contributor role - ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, high activity, and closing deals.
This role is on-site at our vibrant office space in Barcelona surrounded by a small but fast-growing team, playing a key part in expanding our footprint across Europe. An uncapped commission structure rewards high performance – your earnings grow with your results.
Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, closing, and signing.




Maintain a fast-paced sales rhythm with high daily activity and deal volume.
Keep deals and activity updated in HubSpot CRM, with accurate forecasting and reporting.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine our go-to-market motion.
2–4 years of direct SaaS sales experience in a fast-paced, high-activity environment (ideally selling into SMB or mid-market).
~ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
~ Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
~ Proficiency in using HubSpot (or similar CRM) and working with sales metrics.
~ Grit, resilience, and a performance mindset.
