Your Mission
As an IT Desktop Support Technician, you will be a key point of contact for RPM employees across South of Europe, combining hands-on technical expertise with a strong customer-service mindset.

Your mission will be to ensure that employees have reliable, secure and effective technology to do their jobs — from their laptops,



mobile devices and Microsoft 365 applications to connectivity, peripherals and local IT services.

But this role goes beyond day-to-day support. You will also contribute to IT projects across Europe, standardisation initiatives, migrations, acquisitions and integrations.

What Impact Will You Have?
You will help keep our South European companies running smoothly while contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of RPM’s IT environment.

Key Responsabilities:
• Handle, monitor and update IT tickets in ServiceNow, including initial diagnosis, categorization, prioritization and resolution where possible.
• Support joiner, mover and leaver activities, including equipment preparation, handover, access changes, recovery and basic user guidance.
• Build, configure, install and support PCs, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals in line with RPM standards.
