What You Will Be Responsible For
Fabric development & sourcing: You partner with the Design and Buying teams to define seasonal fabric directions, researching and sourcing innovative, trend-relevant qualities that meet our standards for performance and sustainability.
Supplier & mill management: You build and nurture strong relationships with fabric mills, attending key international fairs to discover new capabilities and managing the complete fabric nomination process.
Costing & commercial optimization: You proactively negotiate prices, MOQs, and lead times, challenging existing sourcing routes to optimize costs without compromising on design intent or product quality.
Cross-functional collaboration: You act as the internal fabric expert, seamlessly bridging the gap between creative co
