Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with customer and carrier requirements while supporting international supply chain operations, including customs formalities and transportation activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee express import and export customs processes, including compliance with Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics and transportation operations.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues involving transportation, customs clearance, and logistics workflows.
• Monitor and track shipments through various transportation channels and systems.
• Communicate transportation and logistics costs to customers and suppliers as required.
• Evaluate, process, and follow up on customer claims, logistics and customs related incidents.
