This is an office-based aftersales customer care role at our MESA plant. This means:
• ? You will work at our plant in Mungia (Bizkaia), not at customer installations. No field work or regular travel is required.
• ? You will be the first point of contact for our customers by phone, email and live chat. It is a fast-paced, customer-facing role every single day.

What's your mission?
Provide professional aftersales support to Schneider Electric customers for the MESA equipment range, mainly Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS)
for Primary and Secondary Distribution in low and medium voltage (LV/MV). You will handle customer inquiries, orders, returns and issues from first contact to resolution, making sure every customer gets a prompt, professional and technically accurate answer.
Key responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns and requests via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide product information, technical specifications and troubleshooting guidance to resolve issues and ensure optimal use of our equipment.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical Support and Logistics to address customer needs and resolve issues on time.
• Document customer interactions, inquiries and resolutions in the CRM, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and prefere
