At STUDEC, we are looking for a Training Program Support Consultant to support the coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Services Architects Development Program.
This role is adecuado for a proactive and organized professional with strong communication skills who enjoys coordinating training activities, working with stakeholders, and supporting learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
? Training Module Preparation
• Support the preparation and coordination of training modules.
• Review presentations and training materials prior to delivery.
• Manage participant communications and pre-invitations.
• Ensure module information is ready and uploaded into training platforms such as MyPulse.
• Launch communication sessions and support participant engagement activities.
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure readiness for each session.
• Organize all logistics required for module delivery.

? Training Delivery & Evaluation




• Collect feedback from participants following each training module.
• Analyze participant feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Consolidate and report feedback results.
• Share feedback with internal trainers and key stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of lessons learned and best practices.

? Continuous Improvement
• Coordinate the implementation of participant feedback.
• Ensure training materials are updated based on evaluation results.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the learning program.

? Participant Assessment & Reporting
• Launch participant evaluation processes according to the agreed schedule.
• Coordinate evaluators and ensure assessments are completed on time.
• Consolidate evaluation results and maintain participant records.
• Prepare reports and track learning program activities and performance metrics.
