Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to help grow our digital marketing agency. Right Left Agency is a full-service marketing agency that primarily supports B2B, SaaS, and Construction Tech clients, but also works with eComm, Franchises, and Local Businesses. We do everything from branding and website development to online ads and email marketing. Right Left Agency is a fully remote company, but this role will require some travel to conferences and networking events across the US.
Your goals will be very clear - bring in new business We have some prospecting motions in effect (organic leads and referrals), but you will also need to find your own leads, work your network, and collaborate with the team to find new ways of bringing in prospects.

Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, market research, and networking to expand the company’s client base.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners,



and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Attend conferences and networking events
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
• Utilize our CRM (Teamwork) to keep track of progress and tasks
• Work with the execution teams to ensure full understanding of what the agency offers and what kinds of clients we need
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
