Generalist (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for Generalists to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated content across a wide variety of topics and formats — helping make AI more accurate, useful, and trustworthy.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking and a sharp eye for quality. No specialized background or prior AI experience needed — just reliable focus and a commitment to doing good work.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content across diverse topics — from science and culture to everyday life and beyond
• Assess outputs for accuracy, clarity, tone, and overall quality
• Provide clear, structured feedback using rating tools and written commentary
• Flag content that is misleading, inaccurate, or poorly constructed




• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
• Follow detailed project guidelines and apply them consistently across tasks

Who You Are

• Strong attention to detail with a systematic, thorough approach to tasks
• Clear written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Able to evaluate a broad range of topics and writing styles objectively
• Reliable and consistent when working independently
• No prior AI, tech, or content moderation experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, editing, research, or communications
• Experience with quality assurance, critical analysis, or fact-checking
• Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
