Job Description: As the Admissions Manager at IAAC, you will play a vital role in shaping the student body and maintaining the Institute's reputation as a general leader in education. You will be responsible for managing the admissions process from initial inquiries to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students. A strong focus of the role will be on lead generation, relationship building, sales, and conversion, with the objective of attracting, engaging, and converting talented and diverse candidates while upholding IAAC's commitment to academic excellence and innovation.





Key Responsibilities:

• Admissions Strategy: Develop and implement a goal-oriented admissions strategy that aligns with IAAC's mission and objectives. Set measurable enrollment and conversion targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and continuously improve the admissions process.
• Application Review: Evaluate applications with a goal-oriented mindset, ensuring a thorough and efficient selection process. Collaborate with IAAC’s program directors and coordinators to establish clear criteria and benchmarks for candidate evaluation.
• Relationship Management and Sales: Build strong relationships with prospective students, understanding their needs, interests, and motivations throughout the admissions journey. Actively guide prospects towards the most suitable IAAC programs, address questions and concerns, and develop relationships with a clear focus on conversion and e
