Role Description
The Chief Sourcing Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Palma, responsible for leading Roibos’ sourcing and talent strategies to support business growth. This role oversees the design and implementation of sourcing policies, workforce planning, and talent acquisition frameworks aligned with organizational goals. The Chief Sourcing Officer collaborates with senior leadership to optimize staffing structures,
ensure consistent application of HR policies, and strengthen performance and talent management processes across the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing relationships with hiring managers, guiding employee relations strategies, monitoring sourcing metrics, and continuously improving recruitment and retention practices. The role also involves mentoring HR and talent teams, driving change initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and internal standards.
Qualifications
• Solid experience in Human Resources (HR) leadership, with a strong track record of building and executing HR strategies in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance frameworks, with the ability to design, implement, and update policies that support fair, transparent, and consistent people practices.
