Key responsibilities
• Take end-to-end ownership of the integral Payroll and Time & Attendance technology domain, ensuring reliable operations, effective support, and continuous value for the business.
• Shape the future of Payroll and Time & Attendance technology by defining and driving the roadmap in line with business needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic priorities.
• Act as the accountable technology lead for the domain, setting priorities, making decisions, and driving outcomes across a global and complex environment.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and user-friendly technology solutions.
• Lead global implementations, enhancements, and integrations, helping build a modern and sustainable Payroll and Time & Attendance landscape for a newly independent company.
