Role Description The Healthcare Specialist at Cualifica2 is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Granada Metropolitan Area. In this position, the Healthcare Specialist provides direct support in emergency and non-emergency healthcare settings, including assessing patient needs, delivering appropriate care within scope of practice, and coordinating with medical teams. Daily tasks include documenting patient information, assisting with medical procedures, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves communicating clearly with patients, families, and colleagues, participating in training activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of healthcare protocols and services.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills and experience related to EMT practice and emergency response.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.




• Candidates should possess knowledge of medicine and clinical practices appropriate to a healthcare specialist role.
• Candidates should possess experience in delivering training or health education in clinical or community settings.
• Candidates should possess a solid background in healthcare, including familiarity with healthcare systems, protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EMT or equivalent), current CPR/BLS certification, and adherence to local regulatory requirements are highly beneficial.
