About the role
Based in Madrid, you'll be responsible for building strategic relationships with telecom operators and CSPs, opening new accounts, identifying business opportunities, and driving deals from the first conversation through to long-term partnerships.
You'll work directly with senior and C-level decision-makers, helping them understand the value of Whalebone Aura, mass-market cybersecurity protection that can be delivered at the network level,



without requiring subscribers to install anything on their devices.

What you'll do
• Build and grow strategic relationships with telecom operators and CSPs across Western Europe
• Open new accounts and identify new business and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Own the full customer lifecycle - from first contact and relationship building, through negotiation and closing, to ongoing account management and long-term growth
• Build relationships with and negotiate directly with C-level and senior stakeholders
• Demonstrate the business and customer value of Whalebone Aura and its potential to create additional revenue opportunities for telecom partners
• Develop compelling business cases, messaging, and content tailored to the needs of Spanish telcos
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
