Role Description

Deevth® is seeking a proactive, organized, and discreet Personal Assistant to support an executive’s business responsibilities and personal day-to-day needs.

Based in Spain, this position combines administrative support, personal errands, practical chores, and coordination across a variety of tasks. Duties take place at offices, external locations, the executive’s residence, and travel accommodation.

International travel is an essential requirement. The successful candidate will accompany the executive to destinations worldwide and provide business and personal support during trips.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and priorities.
- Arrange business and personal travel, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.




- Accompany the executive internationally and coordinate logistics throughout each trip.
- Handle correspondence, calls, emails, documents, presentations, and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, external partners, and service providers.
- Complete personal errands, including shopping, collecting items, arranging deliveries, and coordinating personal appointments.
- Assist with practical personal chores, organizing belongings, packing, and light household organization.
- Coordinate household maintenance, services, purchases, and deliveries.
- Visit the executive’s residence when required to complete agreed tasks or coordinate service providers.
- Follow up on outstanding requests, anticipate needs, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Experience in personal assistance, executive support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and attention
