About The Role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems,



and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for a motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to be a key partner on our Sales team. You'll equip team members with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to provide outstanding value to customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing training programmes for the Sales team, from onboarding to ongoing professional development
• Creating and maintaining a library of sales resources, including playbooks, battle cards, product guides, and pitch decks
