At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading client in the airline and aviation industry, contributing to innovative digital solutions within a large-scale customer service and digital transformation environment.

? Main responsibilities:
• Define and document business requirements, tasks, and product evolutions.
• Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Prioritise requirements and tasks based on business value and stakeholder needs.
• Define clear acceptance criteria to support successful delivery.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide a integral vision of product evolution and ensure consistency across initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

? Who are you?
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale projects and Agile environments.
• Strong affinity with digital Front-end and API-based solutions.




• Ability to understand and analyse Architectural Decision Records (ADRs), flow charts, and network diagrams.
• Experience working with backlog management and requirement prioritisation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira (Trackspace & Docspace) and Miro.
• Good understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe methodology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and facilitating collaboration.
• Familiarity with Cognigy and Genesys environments.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of standard login and authentication solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM ecosystems and SAMBA landscape.
• Experience in the airline, aviation, travel, or customer service industry.
• Exposure to system integrations and API-driven architectures.
