Role Description The Director de Sala at Glasiclab oversees the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring excellent service and a positive guest experience. This full-time, on-site role in Roses includes coordinating and supervising the front-of-house team, organizing table assignments and reservations, and ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and service staff. The Director de Sala manages service standards,



addresses guest inquiries or concerns, and ensures that hygiene, safety, and quality protocols are followed. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring staff, supporting scheduling and workload planning, and assisting with service procedures and improvements. The role requires leading by example on the floor, actively supporting the team during service, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
