At HIPRA, we are actively looking for a Risk Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Audit & Risk Director, the mission of this position is to lead and continuously improve HIPRA's risk management framework, ensuring the identification,



assessment and mitigation of risks that may impact the company's objectives, while strengthening business resilience and continuity across the organization.

We are looking for people who:

• Hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law or a related field.
• Have solid experience in Risk Management (minimum 8 years of experience), preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnological sector
• Have experience in Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Are proactive, well-organized and able to work cross-functionally.
• Have a C1 level of English and can speak ideally Spanish or Catalan
