Position Summary
The Power Infra Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of the electrical power infrastructure required to energize IREN’s next-generation, renewable-powered data center projects. Reporting to the Project Director, the role provides project management leadership across grid connection, high- and medium-voltage infrastructure, substations, transformers, transmission and distribution interfaces, and associated balance-of-plant works required to provide reliable and scalable power to the data center campus.
The role acts as the primary project management focal point for power infrastructure, coordinating internal teams, engineering consultants, utilities and grid stakeholders, EPC contractors, equipment manufacturers, specialist vendors, permitting authorities, and the wider Data Center project organization. The role ensures that power infrastructure is designed, permitted, procured, constructed, tested, energized, and handed over safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with technical, contractual, regulatory, grid,



and operational requirements.
This role is critical to the successful delivery of IREN’s Spain data center projects, ensuring that external and campus power infrastructure is available in line with the data center energization strategy and construction schedule. The Power Infra Project Manager maintains clear control of scope, cost, schedule, risks, changes, contracts, interfaces, and energization milestones while driving resolution of critical dependencies that could impact overall project delivery.
