Pink Bourbon has collaborated with brands such as Jean Paul Gautier, Uggs, Figma, Lumon, Shakers, and Moisés Nieto at IFEMA, fashion shows, Madrid Center, activations, and weddings, handling all logistics independently from venue catering. Outside of fairs, the company takes the ritual of great coffee into offices through team days, employee appreciation events, and monthly plans. Role Description The Events & Specialty Coffee Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid, responsible for overseeing coffee service at events, congresses, activations, and office experiences.



This role includes coordinating event logistics, managing mobile bar setups, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation. The manager will lead on-site teams, interact with clients and attendees, and convert event traffic into meaningful conversations and potential leads for clients. Day-to-day tasks involve scheduling and preparing events, supervising staff, aligning with client branding requirements (such as personalized cups and stand design), and ensuring smooth execution from setup to breakdown. The role also supports business development by identifying opportunities for repeat engagements, gathering feedback, and contributing ideas to improve the overall event and coffee experience.
