Your role in the team
As an Accounting Specialist, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for our legal entities worldwide in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
Your Responsibilities
• Responsibility for the financial statements of subsidiaries worldwide
• Handling general ledger accounting and managing day-to-day business activities for our international entities
• Full responsibility for Accounts Receivable processes, including e-invoicing, reconciliation, and payment monitoring
• Preparation and management of international dunning processes for outstanding receivables
• Supporting monthly closing activities, including billing and revenue postings
• Handling withholding tax processes and ensuring compliance with international requirements
• Preparing and managing certificates of residency
• Supporting intercompany reconciliations and preparing reports for management
What We Expect From You
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable management, ideally in an international environment
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial processes and numbers
