Here’s what you’ll do:
• Lead financial planning and performance, own budgeting, forecasting and Financial Planning and Analysis processes, simplifying them to support the company's OKRs and business plan
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual performance packs that give the leadership team clear, actionable insights for critical decisions
• Run the finance calendar and core operations, oversee month-end close, accounts payable and receivable, controlling, and cash flow management.
• Manage tax and compliance, oversee the organisation's taxation across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with external tax advisers
• Drive profitability, proactively identify cost-tracking opportunities and improvement projects, and support cross-functional initiatives across market
