Grupo Fertiberia is currently accelerating the deployment of its FOCUS Programme, based on Lean and Kaizen principles, across its industrial operations. As part of this transformation journey, the company is building internal capabilities that will ensure the long-term sustainability and autonomy of the Continuous Improvement model.
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Specialist to support the deployment and consolidation of the FOCUS Programme throughout the organization.
This role is designed as a development position within the Operational Excellence organization, providing exposure to strategic initiatives, operational challenges and leadership opportunities that will enable future professional growth within the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the deployment of the FOCUS Programme across all production sites.
• Facilitate the implementation of Lean and Kaizen methodologies adapted to local operational needs.
• Participate in Kaizen workshops, improvement events and problem-solving activities.




• Support the standardization and replication of best practices between plants.
• Coordinate and monitor continuous improvement projects across manufacturing locations.
• Collect, analyze and interpret operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support training activities related to Lean, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Promote employee engagement and participation in improvement initiatives.
• Support the transition from external consultancy support towards internal ownership of the Continuous Improvement model.

REQUIRIMENTS
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• Fluent Spanish and Portuguese and high
