Alphabet Spain is opening a new vacancy for a Ready for Sale & End of Term Agent within the Used Cars department, reporting to the Wholesale Remarketing & Ready for Sale Business Partner.
Ready for Sale & End of Term Agent
As a Ready for Sale & End of Term Agent, you will coordinate the end-of-contract process and prepare vehicles for sale, from collection and transportation to appraisal and administrative management. You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize timelines and costs, ensure service quality, and drive continuous process improvement, contributing to an excellent customer experience and Alphabet Spain’s remarketing objectives.
What awaits you?
• Analyze potential contract terminations and plan End of Term activities in advance.
• Manage vehicle collection upon contract expiry.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle movements to trade fairs, compounds, and other destinations.
• Optimize transportation to reduce lead times, financial costs, and vehicle preparation times.
• Ensure that vehicle appraisals are carried out in accordance with the criteria agreed with suppliers.
• Monitor SLA compliance and ensure the appropriate performance of logistics suppliers.
• Keep vehicle statuses up to date by following up with transportation and compound suppliers.
• Maintain up-to-date collection capacities and schedules with transportation and telephone service providers.
• Manage the department’s daily activities using the local La Fábrica application.
• Promote the automation and continuous improvement of End of Term processes and reports.
What should you bring along?
• A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in remarketing, used vehicles, or logistics will be highly valued.
• Good command of English.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office,
