About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Italy. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in accounting and finance operations, combined with a proactive, hands-on approach. This position requires someone who is responsible, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure things get done — even when the task goes beyond a standard job description.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the EU region
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions

Accounting & Reporting
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes

3. Treasury & Cash Management
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient regional liquidity
• Optimize working capital and manage foreign exchange risks
• Supplier invoice payment management and expense reimbursement invoice monitoring.

4. Stakeholder Management
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Legal) to align financial goals with business objectives
• Communicate financial performance and strategy to senior management and key stakeholders

5. Strategic Initiatives
• Drive cost optimization and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Support M&A; activities, including due diligence and post-merger integration as required

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree
