? What you'll do:
• Manage support requests, incidents and event-generated incidents end to end in the ITSM system
• Analyse and resolve Tier-1 incidents following established operational procedures
• Escalate higher-complexity incidents and help prevent their recurrence
• Monitor the corporate ICT infrastructure using various monitoring technologies
• Keep customers informed of outages, known errors and resolution progress
• Support Major Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management processes
• Assist the Change Manager and CMDB owner with change coordination and CMDB updates
• Contribute to the knowledge base,



technical documentation, workflows and user manuals

? Must-haves:
• 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk environment supporting customers
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing tools
• Experience with Incident and Request Management and escalation
• Knowledge of one or more monitoring tools (SCOM, OEM, NNMi, Argos)
• Alert troubleshooting and ticket escalation skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills

⭐ Nice-to-haves:
• Active Directory (on-prem) and Azure AD administration, including MFA and licensing
• Virtual infrastructure: VM builds, modifications and snapshots
• Symantec VIP or other MFA software administration
• Networking basics, including DHCP and DNS management
• Avamar or other backup and restore tools
• Microsoft Certificate Authority (certificate creation and renewals)
• Linux and Windows Server troubleshoot
