BySales is looking to recruit a New-Build Sales Representative for a long-term project aimed at an international clientele in the Estepona (Málaga)

Key responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:
• Handling and managing calls from prospective clients and partner agencies.·
• Co-ordinating and conducting sales visits and face-to-face meetings.
• Proactively following up with clients throughout the sales process.
• Negotiating and finalising bookings and contracts.
• Preparing sales, marketing and market reports for the property developer.
• Designing and presenting marketing proposals.
• Managing administrative tasks related to the sales process.

Requirements
• A dynamic professional with strong sales skills and a high degree of autonomy.·
• A high level of English is essential; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
• Demonstrable experience in selling new-build properties.
• Advanced proficiency in office software,



CRM and MS Office.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and a professional manner during site visits.
• Organisational skills, the ability to work as part of a team and a strong results-oriented approach, with experience of working towards targets.
