Webster & Co is a team of 17 international real estate professionals in Marbella and the Costa del Sol, with over ten years of experience on average, multilingual skills and in-house marketing. From day one, the founders felt that high-end real estate was too driven by closing deals, and had lost sight of empathy, trust and human connection. Webster & Co. made those qualities its core strength. For the company, every transaction is about people: for the client it marks the start of a new home or a new chapter.
About the role
Be the friendly first point of contact for our real estate office. You welcome visitors, answer calls and emails, keep the office running smoothly and help us keep our client records up to date.
What you will do
• Welcome visitors and put them in touch with the right agent.
• Answer office calls and check the main inbox.
• Make first calls to new enquiries and to clients whose agent has changed.
• Keep the office tidy and stocked with supplies, coffee and refreshments.
Who you are
• A natural people person: warm,
approachable and genuinely interested in others.
• Easy-going and positive, and calm when phones, visitors and emails all arrive at once.
• Organised, reliable and good at juggling several things at a time.
• Professional and discreet with client information.
• Proactive: you step in when something needs doing, and you're happy to learn and ask questions as you go.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
Nice to have
• Previous experience in hospitality, reception, customer service or real estate.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks (email, spreadsheets). We train on our CRM.
