We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for a Portuguese Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts position in Greece. In this vital role, you will act as a guardian of digital trust, providing specialized customer support and security guidance to protect users and systems in an increasingly complex cyber landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level assistance to clients regarding cybersecurity software, protocols, and best practices.
• Analyze and troubleshoot potential security vulnerabilities to ensure optimal client protection.
• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving cybersecurity threats to provide proactive,



expert-level communication.
• Handle technical escalations with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international security teams to document incidents and improve internal defensive strategies.
• Ensure all interactions follow strict security compliance and data privacy regulations.
• Educate end-users on safe digital behaviors to prevent common security breaches.

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece.
• Proven interest or background in the Cybersecurity industry or technical support sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English to operate effectively within our diverse team.
