Company Overview

Role Purpose
The CSA Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the execution of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on site, ensuring that construction activities are delivered in accordance with the approved design, project schedule,



quality requirements and applicable Spanish regulations.
The role will act as a key interface between the Chinese project/engineering teams, Spanish contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective technical communication and coordination throughout the construction phase.
The position will also support construction permit-related activities, technical reviews, progress monitoring, quality control and the resolution of on-site technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on site, ensuring compliance with project requirements, approved designs, schedule and Spanish regulations.
• Develop and monitor CSA construction schedules, track progress, identify delays and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and project teams.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical issues, RFIs, design disc
