Your role

As our Senior Manager - People Partnering, you will lead our People Partnering and People Services teams, driving a strategic, proactive and business-focused approach to people leadership across the organisation.

You will partner closely with senior operational leaders to align workforce strategy with organisational priorities, strengthen leadership capability and support the organisation through growth, transformation and change.

This is more than a traditional HR leadership role. We are looking for an established HR leader who can build a highly capable People Partnering function, elevate strategic thinking and create strong partnerships that enable leaders to achieve exceptional business and people outcomes.

You will





• Lead and develop the People Partnering and People Services teams, building capability, accountability and a high-performance culture.

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver workforce, organisational design and people plans aligned to strategic and operational priorities.

• Use workforce data, insights and trends to identify emerging risks, opportunities and workforce challenges, developing targeted solutions and initiatives.

• Drive organisational change, workforce transformation and organisational design initiatives that support sustainable growth and performance.

• Provide strategic advice and guidance on complex performance, conduct and organisational risk matters.

• Coach and support leaders to build confidence and capability in managing their people and driving performance.
