How you will make an impact
• Prepare and manage tenders, bids, estimates and quotations in line with customer requirements and internal targets.
• Define optimal technical and commercial solutions, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and profitability.
• Develop and manage the full cost model, including pricing, cash flow and tender budget.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional tender teams,



ensuring timely and high-quality inputs.
• Identify, assess and manage risks and opportunities, leading the Risk Review process according to Hitachi Energy governance.
• Support and, when required, lead technical and commercial negotiations with customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, tax, insurance, SCM) to ensure aligned and compliant offers.
• Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors in cooperation with Supply Chain. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover of won orders to the execution teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the tendering and sales process.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your background

• University Degree in a relevant field.
• Min 3 years in tendering, sales or commercial roles within project-based environments (power grids, offshore, EPC preferred).
