Job Scope The Sales Executive will support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day execution and coordination of sales activities, with a strong focus on sales reporting, forecasting, sales administration, back-office support, and business development activities. The Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales Manager MAD. Sales Reporting & Forecasting Maintain and regularly update the main Sales Reporting file according to the guidelines and instructions provided by Sales Management. Ensure that all sales data is accurate, complete, and updated on a regular basis. Prepare and maintain the Sales Forecast on a monthly basis. Prepare and update the Monthly Sales Business Review file. Maintain and update the Sales Pipeline, ensuring that opportunities, stages, expected revenues and next steps are correctly recorded.



Prepare any additional sales reports, analysis or documentation required by Sales Management from time to time. Sales Back-Office Support Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager, including: Preparation of commercial offers and proposals. Support with the collection and organization of information required for commercial agreements. Conduct market and competitor benchmarking analyses. Prepare presentations, summaries, analysis and other commercial documents as required. Support any additional back-office or administrative activities necessary to facilitate the Sales Manager's activities.
Sales Scouting & Business Development Support Support the Sales Manager in identifying and developing new business opportunities, including: Research potential clients, partners and relevant business contacts through online and other available sources.
