We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business, develop merchant relationships, and grow our international client portfolio.
About SetoPaySetoPay SL is a Payment Service Provider based in Marbella. We work with international merchants across iGaming, fintech, and other high-risk sectors.
This is a hands-on, commercially driven role for someone who knows how to identify opportunities, build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will own the sales process from initial prospecting through contract negotiation, closing, and handover to the onboarding team.
You will be responsible for generating new business, building a strong sales pipeline, understanding merchant requirements, and matching them with SetoPay's payment solutions.
What you will doIdentify and develop new merchant opportunities across international marketsGenerate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry connections,



and other sales channelsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and handover to onboardingBuild and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key decision-makersUnderstand merchant business models, payment requirements, and challenges and identify suitable solutionsPrepare and present commercial proposals and product presentationsNegotiate commercial terms and close new businessKeep CRM records, pipeline data, and sales reporting accurate and up to dateWork closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth merchant onboarding processMonitor market developments, competitors, and new business opportunitiesAttend relevant industry events and build new commercial relationshipsProvide market and client feedback to help improve SetoPay's commercial offeringWork towards agreed sales and revenue targetsWhat we requireMinimum 2 years of
