For our headquarters in Madrid, we are looking for a Tech Lead – ENGIE B2B IT
to provide technical leadership while remaining strongly hands-on across the analysis, design, development, deployment, operation and continuous improvement of ENGIE B2B IT solutions. You will help ensure that our applications and integrations are secure, maintainable, scalable and highly available.
Mission
You will lead the technical evolution of the B2B IT landscape,



translating business and product priorities into sound design decisions, technical plans and high-quality deliveries. At the same time, you will personally develop critical components and take ownership of the most complex or high-risk technical challenges.
Functions
Lead the technical evolution of applications, translating business and product priorities into design decisions, technical plans and deliverables aligned with the target architecture.
Design and develop critical software components, APIs, integrations, automations and improvements hands-on, taking ownership of the highest-complexity or highest-risk work when required.
Organise and coordinate the team's technical work, distributing activities, clarifying dependencies, defining technical acceptance criteria and helping remove blockers.
Ensure solution quality through architecture and code reviews, testing strategy, security controls, observability, documentation and
