Pump Dynamics is seeking a Head of Operations to build and lead the operational function for a regulated crypto business at a formative growth stage. You will create scalable processes and controls to ensure day-one regulatory readiness and sustainable operation. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the operating model, manage risk, and drive efficiency while coordinating with Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders across Europe. This role requires relocation to Gibraltar.
