Lever, Inc. is seeking an AI Harness Engineer in Spain to build integration layers between local AI capabilities and developer tooling. You will design reusable modules and tooling for multiple model types in a distributed, peer‐to‐peer style environment. This role emphasizes reliability, experimentation, and collaboration within a remote, globally distributed team. You will create evaluation systems, maintain npm components, and help scale local AI at the edge across diverse projects.
