Role Description The Project Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing customer projects from initial inquiry through delivery and post-installation follow-up. This role oversees project timelines, coordinates with engineering and operations teams, and ensures product specifications meet client and regulatory requirements.
The Project Account
Manager builds and maintains long-term customer relationships, prepares proposals and cost estimates, and provides ongoing support on installation methods and product usage. Daily activities include monitoring project progress, handling customer communications,
preparing documentation and reports, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Project and account management skills, including experience coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
- Customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Technical understanding of construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects, ideally with exposure to tunnels, basements, or drainage systems.
- Organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and maintain a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in sustainable infrastructure or working with products that support UN SDGs is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages relevant to key markets are beneficial.
