ALG is a leading global consultancy team with 35 years of professional experience working alongside the top players in the transport sector (operators, infrastructure developers and investors, etc.), advising them on how to better prepare to respond to strategic, capacity, infrastructure and operational challenges

Currently, we are looking for a Engagement Manager, with a background in Aviation, to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona.

We develop projects with different stakeholders in the Aviation industry, from an infrastructure, business and strategic approach: PPPs, airport operations, market analysis and traffic forecasts, commercial and non aeronautical revenue strategy, economic regulation and aeronautical charges, infrastructure planning, network planning and hub strategy, among others.

Your role

As an Engagement Manager, you will be part of one of the top general transport and infrastructure consulting companies, and you will work with the leading transport operators, infrastructure developers and investors advising them on strategic, commercial and operational challenges.

You will be responsible for:

- Understanding the client’s needs and translating them into a commercial proposal.
- Preparing and presenting commercial proposals to the client.




- Proposing action plans and implementing them effectively and efficiently.
- Assuring excellence in the development of the project in terms of quality and compliance with agreed time frames.
- Structuring the problem-solving process and assigning tasks to your team of consultants.
- Managing, supervising and evaluating your team.
- Managing clients and project budgets.
- Customer relationship management; building a long term mutually beneficial partnership with clients and identifying future collaboration opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Master’s Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering from a top-tier university. MIM or MBA is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Multi-lingual ability is highly valued.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- Full availability to travel.
