The Role (based in Madrid or Abu Dhabi):

You'll co-own delivery across our whole client portfolio. Reporting to the founders, you'll be the senior lead on our existing accounts: making sure every project is delivered well, keeping clients happy over the long term and growing each account. You'll also build the processes and team we need as we scale.

We're a small team, and attention to detail is at the centre of how we work. We figure out exactly what a client needs, then deliver it to a very high standard.

What you'll do:

- Lead delivery across all live client projects: quality, timelines, budgets and margins.
- Put in place the processes, reporting and financial tracking that let us deliver at scale.




- Work with the founders on pitches, account planning and commercial strategy
- Build and manage the delivery team, plus our network of freelancers and partners across markets.
- Grow existing accounts through renewals, bigger scopes and new workstreams.
- Step in on the ground for major events and activations

What we are looking for:

- 6+ years in client services or account leadership at an agency, rights holder or brand, with a strong background in sports.
- A track record of running multi-market accounts and growing them.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Very comfortable with senior stakeholders, and able to work across different cultures.
- Able to travel regularly across Europe, the Middle East and North America.
- Fluent English. Spanish, French or Arabic is a strong plus.
- Deep knowledge of the sports industry.
