Customer Service Agent - German Speaker At Netzon Group , we’re growing fast - and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing a well known sports brand. ✅ Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.

Become an expert and brand ambassador for the brand. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. Fluency in both Dutch and English.

Contract: Fixed-Term 3 months with posibility for extension (1 month probation).

Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday 16hs to 20hs and Saturdays 9hs to 14hs.

Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.

Training: Full-Time Training for 2 weeks - 9 to 18hs Monday to Friday.
