Customer Service Agent - German SpeakerAt Netzon Group, we're growing fast - and we're looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona. About the RoleAs a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You'll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing a well known sports brand.

Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media. Become an expert and brand ambassador for the brand. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. What We're Looking ForFluency in both Dutch and English.

Fixed-Term 3 months with posibility for extension (1 month probation).Part-Time: 25hrs per weekWorking Hours: Tuesday to Friday 16hs to 20hs and Saturdays 9hs to 14hs.Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.

Training: Full-Time Training for 2 weeks - 9 to 18hs Monday to Friday.
